Why a trailin' coach? Why not? We all know that starting something new for many people either starts, or it goes into the yo-yo effect, or it doesn't begin at all. Sometimes, getting over that self-made barrier, we are in need of assistance. Someone who can say, "Let's go!" "You can!" "We'll do it together." "Don't give up." "Let's try it in a way that works best for you." "Look up and check out that view!" "Are you breathing?" "Ooooh, stretching that way, you might hurt yourself!" "You are improving every time." "Damn, you're looking good in that gear girl!" "Yoga time!" "Photo op!" "Time to eat!" "Drink fluids or pass out!" "Whose ready for happy hour?!"
Alright, okay, okay, Yes, I'm getting carried away a bit, but come on...... a coach, regardless of sport.....is about having someone on your side that believes in you, understands what it takes, and will walk or run alongside you, guiding you, encouraging you, assisting you to reach your trail fitness endeavors. Add all the fun that comes from being outdoors with the connections made inside yourself and out and you'll be trailin' happy with or without the trail happy hours : )

Trail Coaches assist in keeping you motivated and consistent
Trail Coaches will assist in warming you up, cooling you down, and suggest how to prevent those unnecessary, avoidable physical hurts.
Not all coaches are learned nutritionists, yet drawing from their own experience, can suggest good eats that may compliment your regime. It is always, highly recommended and advised that you do check initially and during with your personal health professional(s) before you start a new health program and ingest anything new/add anything new to your present diet.
Trail Coaches can help create a space for you to rediscover your forgotten strengths and say, "Now, how does that feel?" The experience becomes yours and only yours. Your story gets shared on Trailulive and you become and inspiration to many. During these worldy times, inspiration is becoming scarce. Help make it plentiful again. Not such a bad gift to Self.
Trailulive Trail Sessions have begun for W.O.M.E.N. Beginners/Intermediate...COME!!! Move at your own pace. Even if walking is as fast as you can go. Give yourself a chance at discovering something new or nurture an ongoing desire of being outdoors. In the end it's all about the greater you.
